The TMA Group’s Emergency Ride Home (ERH) program is available to commuters who are full-time vanpool riders. Eligible “emergency” situations include the sudden illness of the commuter or a member of his/her immediate family; unscheduled overtime or extended work hours; or the vanpool driver must unexpectedly leave work early.
Each registered ERH program participant is allowed up to eight free emergency rides per year. An original voucher must be given to the taxi company to utilize the service. The ERH Program provides a free ride home using taxicabs (trips up to 25 miles) and rental cars (trips over 25 miles) for registered participants.
